Isadoora Theatre Company invites all interested community members
to audition for its upcoming production of Christopher Durang's
Why Torture Is Wrong, And the People Who Love Them
.

Anyone interested in auditioning is encouraged to attend one of the sessions; the script calls for men and women of all ages. An introduction from the Director will be followed by group readings, so persons auditioning should make an effort to be available at the start time listed. Individual auditions will conclude each session and you will likely not be needed for the entire time slot, as you will be released once your individual audition is completed.

Prior acting experience is not required, and prepared monologues are not necessary. Auditions will consist primarily of interviews with the Director and cold readings from the script; however, those wishing to present a prepared piece will be welcome to do so.

Stage crew and production staff are also needed; if possible, interested parties should attend an audition session to meet the Director, and/or email info@isadoora.com to volunteer.

Those wishing to audition should make every effort to appear at one of the sessions listed above; however, those who cannot attend any of the scheduled sessions, or who will need to arrive late, should contact the Director in advance to discuss alternate arrangements: Henry Timm, 920-854-4269.

Rehearsals will begin as soon as possible after casting
and may include some weekend dates.
